When hiring a General Contractor they might not even do the work themselves. Instead they sub-contract every piece of the
job out to who knows? Our team will do the work ourselves to insure the highest quality. Also, what this means is that you
write checks to the tradesman individually, instead to a marked up middle man. No mark up of a General Contractor, plain
and simple. Don’t be fooled by a contractor into thinking you can not build without hiring them. All it takes is one simple
trip to the City building to get a HOMEOWNERS PERMIT. This will allow you to run your job (or me) without a General Contractor.
There are only three licensed contractors you need to cut checks to, the plumber, electrician, and the heating and air tech.
All other trades will be provided through our company and our team. Dare to compare from start to finish, we include everything
except the furniture.
